Helpful Tips:
Review the breakout session descriptions before opening the registration portal. See www.alz.org/northcarolinafor session descriptions and speaker bios. All participants will be automatically registered for the Keynote session at 9AM and Closing Session at 3pm
Arrive early to allow time to check-in, visit exhibitors, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Doors open at 8:00am. Note that this is the first week back to school for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, so there will be more traffic and school buses on the road.
Bring a jacket or sweater as the conference venue is typically very well air-conditioned. Water, coffee, tea will be available throughout the day. There is not a soda machine on-site.
CE Certificates and give-aways will be avaiablein the lobby following the closing session.
When exiting the conference campus, it is easier to turn right onto Beatties Ford Road then right onto Cindy Lane which will take you to Statesville Avenue and access to I-77 and I-85.
